Born and raised in San Antonio, Amanda Lee Keammerer is the founder and CEO of Javilud. Through creative collaborations, Javilud is where imagination and implementation come to play.
Amanda has more than 15 years of experience in program development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy with a passion for cybersecurity, privacy policy, and workforce development. She has held leadership positions at gener8tor, the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, The White House, and in the nonprofit industry.
Currently, Amanda represents JBSA-Fort Sam Houston as a volunteer Civic Leader with the United States Air Force (USAF) Air Education and Training Command (AETC) headquartered at Randolph AFB. In 2020, Amanda was nationally recognized as a Latinx Next Generation Leader in National Security & Foreign Policy. From 2019 through 2021, Amanda was an Honorary Commander with the 502d Communications Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA).
Amanda earned her MA in Global Communication with a double concentration in national security policy and IT policy from The George Washington University. Amanda earned her BA in Russian from Smith College. She is a proud San Antonio ISD alum, and serves on nonprofit boards and industry advisory groups at local colleges and universities, including:

- SAISD Foundation Board of Directors (2020-Present)
